Annual exhibition of the students of industrial design, UKIM, Skopje was organized in the period 24-29 June, 2008, in Suli-An historic place from the Turkish period where the Academy of Fine Arts is located. The building with its walls made of stone gave special contrast to the contemporary creations of the students. Also, novel ideas of using waste materials in creation of new everyday products was experimented and presented as installations.

The exhibition was open by Mr. Andreas Maashoff, Deign Director of Johnson Controls, Burscheid, Germany, who emphasized the role of the designers in creating the future better products.

The motto of the exhibition was "Technology as Inspiration". Presented posters and installations reflect the view of the students of the products and environment that surround us. Few photos from the exhibition are presented in the following:
