The Project Stearing Comittee consists of persons from each consortium member. The Fachhochschule Aachen (FHA), Germany, as the contractor for MS-IDM project, provides overall coordination, management and monitoring, financial management, budget and workplan revision, quality control and monitoring.

Evaluation of quality and timeliness of project outcomes is measured through a a set of monitoring and evaluation activities:

1. Steering Committee Meetings.

First Meeting of the SC

Second Meeting of the SC

Third Meeting of the SC

2. External evaluation. The external expert with knowledge/ experience will review the activties once a year, following the internal evaluation by the Steering Committee.
